Fundamentals of Yoga
- This class is perfect for new students or continuing students to refine your practice. This class is a gentle introduction to the practice of yoga; foundational techniques, alignment, and pranayama. In addition, we will introduce a modified practice of Surya Namaskar and gentle inversions. The class will consist of warm-up and preparatory movement, breath work, asana (posture) practice, and deep relaxation.

GentleYoga
- This class is a gentler, slower paced version of our Mixed Level class. This class is for all levels of practice ranging from new to continuing students. The practice will consist of breath-work, warm-up, and foundational postures. Modifications and variations will be given during the practice. The class concludes with a deep relaxation to bring harmony and balance to the body, mind & spirit. (All Levels)

Therapeutic Yoga
- This class aims to prevent, reduce, or alleviate structural, physiological, and psychological pain or limitation. Poses are adapted to meet the various health needs and interests of the student. Generally, yoga therapy is performed one-on-one, however many health conditions may benefit from the same movement, allowing individual adaptations of poses in a small group class. Students are assisted to insure comfort and safety.
A combination of hatha and restorative yoga performed at a therapeutic pace is offered, including breath and balance awareness, and concluding with deep relaxation. Whether you have health concerns or simply wish to experience the benefits of therapeutic yoga at a very mild pace, this specialty class may suit your needs.
Chairs are used as needed for the comfort and safety of the student.

Mixed Level
- This class is for all levels of practice ranging from new to continuing students. The class format is moderately paced and will provide breath-work, warm-up, and foundational postures in a vinyasa flow (integrating the breath with movement). Modifications and variations will be given during the practice. The class concludes with a deep relaxation to bring harmony and balance to the body, mind & spirit. (All Levels)

Mixed Level Flow
- This class will consist of morevinyasa flow (linking movement and the breath), as well as incorporating challenging postures such as arm balances and inversions, modifications are given in every class.

Slow FLow
- A mindful, soft flow of gentle postures through the vehicle of the breath. The class will end with a deeply nourishing restorative posture providing a profound state of relaxation and harmony within mind, body and spirit. This class is excellent for students new to yoga or ongoing experienced students. (All Levels)

CLassical Hatha Yoga Class
- This class will begin with chant, pranayama, moving into a classical yoga flow, ending with yoga nidra and completing with meditation. The class will facilitate deep stillness, calm, and is an inward journey. Class will conclude between 7:30PM and 7:45PM.

Dynamic Flow with Meditation
- A more vigorous class for experienced students. This class will consist of vinyasa flow incorporating challenging postures such as arm balances and inversions. A strong home practice is recommended and at least six months of practice as a student at the studio. This class includes an optional 15 minute meditation from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM. (Experienced students)

Gentle and Restorative Yoga
- This class is for students of all levels. This class consists of gentle stretching and supported Restorative postures ( held 10 to 15 minutes) to move the student toward deeper states of relaxation and peace. The class will focus on cultivating inner awareness while learning to identify and release blocked energy or tension within the body. (All Levels)

Restorative Yoga and Guided Meditation
- This class is an experience of mindful observation, a sense of reconnecting to the Self. This practice will be quiet and introspective, with plenty of time to breathe, feel, and welcome the pauses and spaces within our being. Through gentle movement, pranayama, and meditation, and the practice of yoga nidra, our connection to our inner wisdom and knowing that is eternally present
will unfold. Other practices may include sound, poetry and readings from the ancient yogic texts. If you would like, bring a pillow and your favorite blanket; anything that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. (All Levels)

Kids Yoga
- Kids learn basic yoga postures through games, story, and play in a fun and safe environment. This class is an excellent opportunity for children to develop strength, flexibility, and a sense of calm. Nadia's yoga classes include music, games, and props to entertain as she educates!
