- The 108 Classical Sun Salutations are performed with the Bija Sounds and accompanying Mantras for a powerful experience on all levels. New students can build up slowly and rest whenever needed. The class concludes with a spinal twist, forward bend and deep relaxation

Gentle Yoga
- This class is a for all levels of practice and is wonderful for students new to the practice or continuing students who would like a slower pace. The practice will consist of breathing practices (pranayam), warm-ups, and foundational postures. Modifications and variations will be given during the practice. The class concludes with a deep relaxation to bring harmony and balance to the body, mind & spirit. (All Levels)

Fundamentals of Yoga
- This class is perfect for new students or continuing students to refine your practice. This class is a gentle introduction to the practice of yoga; foundational techniques, alignment, and pranayama. In addition, we will introduce a modified practice of Surya Namaskar and gentle inversions. The class will consist of warm-up and preparatory movement, breath work, asana (posture) practice, and deep relaxation.

Mixed Level
- This class is for all levels of practice ranging from new to continuing students. The class format is moderately paced and will provide breath-work, warm-up, and foundational postures in a vinyasa flow (integrating the breath with movement). Modifications and variations will be given during the practice. The class concludes with a deep relaxation to bring harmony and balance to the body, mind & spirit. (All Levels)

Mindful Flow
- A mindful, soft flow of gentle postures through the vehicle of the breath. The class will end with a deeply nourishing restorative posture providing a profound state of relaxation and harmony within mind, body and spirit. (All Levels)

Vinyasa Flow Chakra Practice
- The class is a series of seven flowing sequences incorporating specific poses to balance and energize each chakra. The flow series is followed by meditation. Final relaxation can be in a restorative pose or in savasana. This class will harmonize and nourish on all levels!!!

Dynamic Flow with Meditation
- A more vigorous class for experienced students. This class will consist of vinyasa flow incorporating challenging postures such as arm balances and inversions. A strong home practice is recommended and at least six months of practice as a student at the studio. This class includes an optional 15 minute meditation from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM. (Experienced students)

Alchemy of the Core
- This class explores practices that provide comfort and stability to the asana practice. Topics covered will include deep core awareness, practices to awaken the core, Bandhas, Agni Sara, Chakra meditations, mudras, bija sounds and Pranayama. (at least 1 year of consistent yoga practice required). Optional meditation at the end of class for 15 minutes.

PreNatal Yoga
- Join us for a class specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy. Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and also the spirit of your baby.
The calm and peaceful studio space will provide a sacred space to connect within and also with your baby. These yoga classes will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and concerns, to the wonderful new changes your body and baby are experiencing.

- This class is for students of all levels. This class consists of Breathing Practices (Pranayama) and supported, relaxing Restorative postures. The student will shift toward deeper states of relaxation and peace though stillness and pause. (All Levels)

Yoga Nidra Relaxation at Gilda's Club - Monthly Class (Check Gilda's Schedule)
- Meditation has been practiced as a means of reducing pain and stress, improving moods and relationships, and facilitating spiritual development. This series of monthly classes will offer basic instruction in a variety of meditation practices, including breathing practices, sitting meditation, walking meditation, visualization, mindful eating, and mindful communication. No experience necessary, come as you are.

Meditation and Pranayama
- This class is a timeless journey of being, a returning to stillness, harmony and peace. The class will include Pranayama (Breathing Practices) to quiet the mind, seated and/or reclining meditation. The meditation periods will be blended with movement to release and relax the body in between seated sessions. The class will conclude with deep relaxation, Savasana. The 2nd Tuesday of each month will include 108 OM's for peace and global healing. (Chairs are available as well as props).

Therapeutic Yoga
- Please note: This class if for anyone experiencing a chronic condition. If you have MS, this class is recommended by the MS Society of Pittsburgh.
Gentle Therapeutic Yoga and Yoga for MS is a wonderful tool for management of symptoms of chronic conditions. A regular practice of yoga increases oxygen, reduces fatigue and pain, promotes relaxation, improves balance and coordination, increases circulation, improves organ function, increases clarity and focus as well as produces an overall feeling of well-being.
The yoga practice includes yoga postures, stretching and joint freeing practices with a focus on a mindful approach including meditation, visualization and breathing practices.. Poses are adapted to meet the various health needs and interests of the student.
This weekly class is a gift for those with conditions such as back pain, conditions of the spine, cancer, arthritis, heart disease, auto-immune illnesses, MS, anxiety, depression just to name a few. All are welcome, this class is FREE to all in need.
Chairs are used as needed for the comfort and safety of the student.

Mommy and Me
- The class is designed for the new mom and baby. The class is fun, peaceful and lighthearted, encouraging a deeper bond between mom and baby. The class is well integrated for both baby and mom including: Baby yoga movements and massage for the baby, and challenging do-able yoga poses for the mom to increase flexibility and strength. Moms and babies can start this class at ANY TIME. Dads or caregivers are welcome. Ages for the class are infant up until the walking stage!

Color Me Yoga
- Kids learn basic yoga postures through games, story, and play in a fun and safe environment. This class is an excellent opportunity for children to develop strength, flexibility, and a sense of calm. Nadia's yoga classes include music, games, and props to entertain as she educates!
