All level students are welcome. You do not need to do anything. Lie down & listen. Watch yourself become calm & still. This is a powerful practice that helps you make changes in your life.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is conscious awareness of the deep sleep state. The practice has been found to reduces tension and anxiety. Traces of the day will fade away, time stops and stillness arises. this sleep with awareness will induce a full-body relaxation and deep meditative state of consciousness. In Yoga Nidra, the nervous system unwinds and you will emerge feeling rejuvenated.
