Currently, we have added classes

Tuesday night class 6:45 PM with gentle movement & breathwork

Friday lunch break 11:45 AM gentle movement and Yoga Nidra https://www.threeriversyoga.com/nidra-classes/

Whether it is gentle movement, the stillness of the body, or quieting of the mind it all helps to relieve anxiety, stress, insomnia, PTSD plus many other

health issues. 

We all need to make time for ourselves to see our own true inner light.
