Three Rivers Yoga was established in 1993 as the first Yoga Studio in the Pittsburgh area. Three Rivers Yoga has developed a reputation for authenticity and teaching excellence. We offer great rates, a comprehensive schedule, Vinyasa Style Yoga practice, experienced teachers, beginner, and private lessons, Lifestyle and Yoga Teacher Training programs. We are continuing our classes with AIBDT Psychological Services to promoting mental health. Yoga has been shown to increase focus, reduce stress, and reduce muscle tension.
Register with AIBDT, you'll get your first three classes for FREE.
