What is Reiki?

Reiki is energy work, so what does that mean? Our body is made up of energy. Reiki sessions are done lying down. Dress in comfortable clothing; it does not have to be yoga clothing. The practitioners will hold their hands over the body and help to release tension in the body. Tension in the body creates stress & illness. It is best to let it go. All you need to do is relax.

Yoga Nidra sounds interesting but what do you do in the class?

This class is for everyone. No yoga experience is required for Yoga Nidra. The classes usually start with some very gentle movement. Then you lie down on your back and get as comfortable as possible. If that is not possible the teacher will assist with an optional posture. From there you listen to the instructions. This is also an energetic movement of energy in the body. Yoga Nidra is helpful for Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Insomnia, Trauma, Eating Disorders, and overall health.

What is the difference between a Yoga Nidra Class & Individual Session?

The practice is the same as above. However, in individual sessions, the practice is specific to your needs.
