KIRTAN
Friday, October 18th
at 7:00-8:00 PM
Join us for an evening of meditative, energizing, inspiring singing and chanting in the Kirtan yogic tradition. Kirtan has been popular in India for 5000 years. Using Sanskrit mantras, kirtan helps quiet the mind and increase our energy flow. Whether relaxing, peaceful, or energetic and danceable, Kirtan is a wonderful way to open the heart joyfully. The energy of the chanting can uplift the spirit and connect us deeply to the center of our being. Chanting together not only fosters community but also amplifies positive vibrations. No musical experience is necessary to join in the singing. All are welcome.
