Sundays will have 1 class from 9:30 AM- 10:30 AM- Open Level Hatha

Sundays & Mondays 11:30 AM class will be canceled ( the students from these classes join us at 9:30 AM) 

Tuesdays AM class will change to 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM- Open Level Hatha

Helpful Information

  • New students, please arrive, early (at least 15 minutes) to inform the teacher of any injuries, health conditions, and/or special needs.
  • House Mats are available, however, we recommend the purchase of your own mat for sanitary reasons if you attend class regularly.
  • Please refrain from eating within 3 hours of the class start time.
  • Please silence your cell phone prior to class.
