Beginners Class, Gentle/ Restorative & Open Level Hatha classes are for all level students- (brand new to yoga pick one of these classes) 


Open Flow Classes are for those who have a moderate level of practice or continuing students.

This class is moderately paced in vinyasa flow (integrating breath & movement)


Helpful Information


  • New students, please arrive, early (at least 15 minutes) to inform the teacher of any injuries, health conditions, and/or special needs.
  • House Mats are available, however, we recommend the purchase of your own mat for sanitary reasons if you attend class regularly.
  • We recommend that you refrain from eating within 3 hours of the class start time.
  • Silence your cell phone prior to class.
