Helpful Information

  • New students please arrive, early (at least 15 minutes) to inform the teacher of any injuries, health conditions, and/or special needs.
  • House Mats are available, however, we recommend purchase of your own mat for sanitary reasons if you attend class regularly.
  • Please refrain from eating within 3 hours of class start time.
  • Please silence your cell phone prior to class.
  • Schedule subject to change without notice.
